"How it works"
Lets keep this simple
- Call Lead - Interview seller before going to
Listing appointment. Be sure to ask who
their lenders are.
- Do a CMA - After doing a comparative
market analysis, if you find that your sellers
owe more than what the property is worth,
then call us and tell us who the lenders are
so we can email you specific documents
for that lender along with our package to
take on your listing appointment.
- Go to Listing Appointment - Take your
emailed lender documents and SOS
package (check list included) and gather
all the documents on the check sheet and
put a sign in the yard.
- Fax Documents - Send your gathered
documents to the SOS Team and from
there we take over. You never have to
talk to the lender unless you want to.
- Get Email Updates - We'll email updates on
all your files to keep you in the loop at all times.
- Close the Deal - After we get the
acceptance letter from the lender, we set up
a time to close at your title company.
